My deep splitter came of every night reversing up the drive. Hence the gti one (but only for now)...which still scrapes but does'nt pop right off...

Thanks for the interest in the car by the way, I'll try and give it a pollish at the weekend and start a dub rides thing...

Before I even drove mine after lowering it the mudflaps had to come off, they just look stupid on the floor otherwise.

those who have me on facebook know how low some of my cars have been, metro sump sat half inch off the floor at one point, had to fix the sump every weekend!
dmonday is known for the lowest cars, and in my opinion some of the best, he does what he wants without thinking of the consequences, until after, one reason I bought my mk3 estate was the way he made his look, but it was just too slow

Coilovers! You can go silly low for a show. And raise it up for some fast B road driving. Best of both!

Low enough to have fun getting off the old mans driveway...

Trust me when I say the photo makes the incline look much more severe.  I have to reverse on otherwise it just wrecks the splitter...

And yet when it snows I can STILL get on and off and that bloody 7 series of dads parked next to it can't

id be scraping there my splitter is near enough that low on flat road. look closely in my sig pic. im on 15" with 45 profile tyres

yes but thats the MASSIVE vr splitter.....

be lower than that with a us splitter and then your at lows!!

new lows for me today.... could just get my finger under my sills, measures my finger its 1.1cm!! hahah

true but if money was an issue id prefer a decent shock/spring set up to crap coilovers. although if ride is no issue and you just want it slammed then cheap coilovers all the way
