Its good to get the right size exhaust for the size turbo you are using to make sure the back pressure is right as it can add to turbo lag if the exhaust it to big for the turbo.

If your getting a k03s 2.5" will be good.

thinkin o just goin fr that kit from the USA as i pyhisically wana do the job myself anyhow, just a question on the back box,looks big, can this be discrete like my original, or does valance need to be changed, or modded and is there no rubbing issues on your lowered cars.

You will have to put a 90 degree turned down tailpipe on it, which isnt a problem as the tailpipe actually bolts on to the backbox  :smiley:

is a 90 a good idea giving its an acute bend, and "which isnt a problem as the tailpipe actually bolts on to the backbox", can you elaborate please

You have two 90 degree bends in your exhaust already..

Elaboration;

See pic below, fit exhaust as usual from front backwards, when you get to backbox, you will notice this finishes under car and doesn't poke out, you have choice of two tailpipes (long and short / hatchback and estate) which bolt to end of the backbox, which stick out the back.

So you have to either, get someone to put a 90 degree bend into one of your original options, or buy a bend, cut a flange off one of them, and weld together.

I have put an arrow pointing out the bits you need to pay attention too for your viewing pleasure.
