yea, ill borrow my bros car when he gets back then go pick up a jack and some tools and get underneath it and have a look.....

whats the connection then with a boost leak, maf plugged in = car dies as opposed to boost leak, maf unplugged = car runs?

it's too cold outside

MAF = Mass Air flow sensor, Boost leak - air flow low or non existent = Overfuel and poor running.

When disconnected it will run limp settings

Found it... It was the 90degree boost pipe under the fibreglass blanket, one side of it was no longer connected! On my way to get my gloves (hands are already scrathed up!) and socket set now....

Quite random but of all the boost pipes the easiest one to reconnect I suppose!

Hopefully the maf is fine then!
