I think it's the ignition switch. No voltage to coil, also realised my fuel pump relay is not clicking. Was relay 18 that was clicking which is the ignition main.  this along with my dodgy windows and no stereo, leads me to believe it's ignition switch related. I tried 2 other used coils before thinking of testing voltage to it, and also tried 2 other used fuel pump relays so pretty sure that's covered. Dunno what else it could be if not ign switch or ecu tbh, but then I know f**k all about these cars and nobody on the corrado forum replies, and nobody in the mk2 section on here seems to look at it! Anyone got any ideas?

People do look at it in the MK2 section... But it's a Raddo - Not a MK2 & It's a KR which is a b!tch to get sorted properly...

Have you tried ED38?? or is the Raddo section full of Idiots like the MK2 section??

No not a member. May have to sign up and have a bash to see if anyone can help. I only put it in the mk2 section as it's similar with being a kr though. Worth a punt I suppose

Have u dropped the fusebox down and got a multi meter on it see if your getting any power to it from ignition? If you go on http://www.a2resource.com/electrical/CE2.html that web site its pretty good as it has a layout diagram and tells you what every cable does so you could try and fault find abit, maybe a wiring fault?!?! or something has become unplugged, who knows just trying to make some suggestions as these are pretty basic compared to digi. Or failing that clubgti may be more helpfull than edition38 or this site.

Just ordered ignition switch from VW. Apparently is was £15 2 years ago. £26.91 now! Gonna pick it up Wednesday, this better work otherwise I'll be ripping the whole dash out and tracing every wire. Really don't wanna have to do that! I've now limited  all my funds so I prey this solves it, otherwise I'm not eating next month!

If you haven't paid yet, have you tried ebay? I bought one for my mk3 a while ago for only a couple of quid :) Actually, if they are the same you can have this one as I never fitted it! Or do they use MK2 items.......

Already paid mate. Thank for the offer though. Just gonna be really tight in January so no mods unfortunately. Think my bonnet bra arrived today though but I missed the post so will have to get it next week.  missus had to get taxis to work and back 3 times this week, and I had to insure the sh!tty pug, then what I've spent on a new battery, coil, relays, ignition switch...... Just all unexpected expenditure. Oh well, hopefully onwards and upwards!

Liam, do you have any idea what yours might be? Gotta pick up the ign switch Wednesday but if it doesn't work, I'm checking fusebox cables and power etc, but other than that, I'm all out of ideas.
