THANKS. does it mean this is a bonded windscreen?? it is in my locked garage to avoid winter and rain at the moment, I only want to use it when it's not cold wet(maybe lol...l)

It *should* have a bonded screen, depending upon whether it's been replaced by an idiot at some point.

They're NLA last I knew, although there was some stock kicking about - don't think there was a regular demand for them!

Does that mean they are much easier to convert into 4wd? If the floor was ready to take the syncro !

IIRC you have the high tunnel a la Corrado, but not the high boot floor, so you'd still be in for that and probably brackets etc.  Certainly the conversion wouldn't be a picnic (and you shouldn't do it to the car either!!)

That is my plan one day, getting one after the golf is done with, then probably a few years later if my pans out good ill tfsi 4wd it  :evil:
