Private driveway:
« on: 11 November 2011, 20:38 »
Believe it or not people keep parking on my private driveway.

At the moment, I have a Mercedes ML and a 59 plate 911 on my drive.

What's the first thing to do?

I can't block it off in any way.

I've left notes on cars before saying "This is my private drive please use the free, safe, empty car park directly opposite. Thanks, Jack."

Park directly in front of their cars so they cannot get off your drive and when they ask you to move politely ask them not to park there again.

What Deano said
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

If I were to park my car behind them I'd be on double yellows.

Besides, it's not repeat offenders. I've had a Lamborghini Gallardo spider and a RR phantom recently too.

Is it legal? Because that would be a nice bit of income.

Damn...

Some of the guilty parties:

Managed to get these moved by asking in the restaurant next door whose cars they were.

Hate to break it to you but they are parked on the road. Unless you are the queen that ain't your driveway.
