Hi!
I just replaced the rear seats due to an unlucky spill. I got the car back from the dealers and noticed that I could move the rear headrest a good amount back and forth. They just does't seem to be seated properly. They aren't as rock steady as the ones in front. Is this normal? I can't remember how they we're originally.
There's a lady I work with (married) who sometimes meets up with a guy who I don't work with (also married) in a quiet country lane. I think they have had one or two unlucky spills on the back seat of his company car. I rest my case your honour.
The headrests should tilt a little but there should be no wobbling. This is a safety aspect as the headrests are designed to protect you from injury in the event of a collision. Take the car back.
