much needed by the looks!! so removed the lot callipersd and carriers re greased the carriers as they were seized!!

and there looks much better haha well better than rich tea biscuit discs and shot pads!!

windback tool a must!!  even if a bit pricey at £30.00

replace all with new and bleed the breaks!! fluid was like tar!! :-x

one day everything will be fixed and i can concentrate on mods!! just got the front 312mm set up to do a lower arm and drivers window clips then i can finally get a shift on with some descent mods!!!

and also my pretty gauges and pod came so now fitted!!!

drilled hole for wires and fitted pod and gauges to pillar, threaded wires through

(wire from switch live to choc box)

fit pillar back remove fuse cover thread wires down and link all grounds into a choc box

then run a wire from the good switch live think it was 75 (the brown wire in the pic) to a choc box to link in all lives from gauges (my gauge displays are on constant as per fitting guide)

displays then tested

then mostly done other than need ground/12v/and sender wires through fire wall :-( after an hour of hunting and contemplating the drill i found this sneaky russian rubber bung on passenger side!! not good lookin in the dark!!! this was the longest part of the whole job!! finding a hole in the fire wall!!! argggg!! lol all good wen found! here it is!

under the carpet/sound deadening on pass side just to left of center console as you look at the dash and from the inside

from the bonnet  you have to lift the material up!! behind maff/tip etc i removed air box and stuff to get to it easy here it is

no pics of sender cuz i was cold lol basically its a 12v supply ground and sender wire which all linked back to that choc box at the start
and then tee your hose into the fpr which i no need to replace the tubes as there crumbling not a bad job nothin to do with the volts gauge as its just run to a main ign live and is reading the voltage simples

mines been sitting on drive unloved and unused for a while now and has a flat battery, i bought some bosch super 4's so i put them in yesterday as i have a ever such a slight miss when ticking over so thought i would start with plugs first as dont know when thay were last changed and had a good look round engine and founder rocker cover bolts slighty loose so tightened them up, i was going to charge battery but go on holiday tomorrow so though waste of time really just got to wait a week now and see if its cured the slight miss hopefully so, i know what your saying about falling out of love with them but ive got plans just need to get better so i can get out there and crack on with it heres my future plans.

1) have my remote locking sorted new key and programming
2) sort out scuffs on front bumper and rear
3) colour code bumper grills
4) anniverary front lower valence
5) paint me tailgate
6) fit my sharan badge ive had for 2 months (tailgate needs painting first though)
7) cat back 3" exhaust
8) polish or paint my throttle body
9) refurb my audi winter wheels in bright green same as my engine theme
10) replace my interior handles with the plastic ones cant stand the wood
11) smooth bonnet badge cut out

will keep me busy for a while i think keep up the good work looking good.
