are you using the same loom, from which you have put the engine in

different ECU's completely.

AGU Bosch 3.8.3
AUM Bosch 7.5

It can be done to get the AGU to work on the AUM ECU loom however, bit off a fiddle re-wireing. I did have a pin layout somewhere. If I find it I'll post it. One thing I am unsure off is if the MAP on the AUM ECU would need editing to blank out the VVT which is found in the AUM as the AGU doesn't have VVT.

are you using the aum throttle body too?.. what about the map sensor and intercooler?.. there are loads of differences in the engine set up which would need to be transfered over not just the ecu and loom..

You could chuck the vanos across, I can't see why not. However I'm not sure how easy/fit it will be, I'd imagine it should fit across though.

Obviously due to using the AUM loom, remember you need both the AUM TB present, both MAP sensors etc, so you will have to plumb the engine in the same fashion as your AUM block was, I imagine you know this since you're doing this.

Replace plug with correct one and rewire it accordingly would be my guess.
