fare enough parent and child ive parked in them once or twice when nipping into morrisons or somewere, but disabled ide never do. i hate people who havent got diabilities and park in them. i could park in them easily as someone left a disabled badge in my car when i bought it. but the fact im not disabled and can quite easily walk the extra 20 meters.

last time i saw someone park in a disabled spot who wasnt disabled i gave a right earfull too.

Doesn't matter, it's still taking away a space from someone who could use it better than you. Unless you have kids you wont appreciate how difficult it is to go shopping and how helpful those wide bays are.

The problem with parent and child parking is its by the entrance usually, so this encourages lazy f**k*rs without kids to park there.
Place them further away from the entrance and people don't bother.

That's the whole point of having them, most car Parks don't have walkways so the less distance you've got to walk with kids the better

No most supermarkets for example do have walkways, and the point of them is wider spaces make it much easier. Its not so people don't have to walk as far.

none of the supermarkets here have walkways. Yes it makes it easier. Easier to get kids in/out. If you don't have kids you don't need this so why do people feel the need to park in them? Like you say, laziness. Sorry for the rant it just really pisses me off. I don't park in the parents spaces when I haven't got the kids with me. My kids aren't out of control thanks it's just that an 8 month old isn't easy to get in/out of the seat

were to go with this, lol

the supermarket i use has a walk way right through the middle of car park, childrens parking on one side, diasbled on the other, but most supermarkets have far more disabled parking then needed and need more parent parking, and having 2 kids myself, and driving a 3 door, it does make it easier as yo can get the pram off the road

i once went shopping late one afternoon, pulled in a bayno cars near me, supermarket dead, came out to somebody parking so close to my car i had to climb into the passenger side, even though there was still another 100+ empty bays to park in - pointless!
