Same as Stainsey...... My line of work means I have to come into contact with these things!

I am in demolition so work a lot on old buildings. Some of the spiders I have seen, I am not saying thay were big but some had hair do's freshley styled by Nicky Clarke   Size 9 boots etc!  Its strange when I am at work as I will move them out of the way into a safe area as I cant kill anything.....Yet if I see one in my house I make Linford Christie look slow

I got one for my birthday last year and it's amazing! Although I've tried it out on some big beasts, but they're too heavy/strong for it :( I've found one big spider a night recently.. and I've not found tonight's yet  :embarassed:

Went for a piss last night and saw some big creepy bastard crawling through the window. Needless to day I hurried the urinating process and sheepishly cowered to my bed.

It's sad I know, but I dont mind having a pet spider in my wing mirror!

this is called a Boris (all spiders are called Boris - there was a thread on this before the big delete of '09)

as for picking spiders up... i have no problem with this (apart fromWalnut orb-weaver spiders and anything I don't trust).. however I don't agree with killing spiders or anything really just for the sake of it (unless they are parasitic)

I am not bothered by spiders. If I pass one I just let them do what ever they were doing. The only spiders I ever see here in are daddy long legs and like ones the hop around and are the size of a finger nail.  Africa for you
I was in a photoshoot with Ms. September for Playboy South Africa
