It was mental driving through it.. Left castlepoint going to plymouth at 10.30 this morning and got caught right bang in the middle of it!!!
Took me an hour to get out of Castle point yesterday at 11.30am. Floods all over Castle Lane west with home owners out in their bare feet putting boards across their gate to try and stop the water coming in their drive, a few other houses with no one home looked like they were being flooded.
I have a 10 litre bucket in my garden that my little girl uses to put apples in from our apple tree. That bucket is now 6 litres full with rain water. Crazyyyyyyy.
