It seems that it was designed to work with the CR engines, whereas the old PD170 had it as an after thought in order to meet the emmissions regs.

Spot on conclusion really, the old PD is greet for torque but neigh on useless for emmissions versus Common Rail.

Planet's fcuked anyway  :lipsrsealed: :laugh: :laugh:  No smoke, no poke  :grin: :grin:

And I saw plenty of smoke coming from your PD on that track  :grin:



Should have seen it a couple of weeks before when the turbo went  :shocked: :laugh: :laugh:

Don't see any smoke coming out of my current PD  :sad:
