What sort of gains will this give?

Will the cambelt be the same setup/tensioner etc, or will it need to be done by a specialist eg AwesomeGTI? Ie; is the timing the same?

Also, the fuel/air mixture is off apparantely. Is this an easy fix?

Yes unless it is a bonkers cam
