The plate on the car is 1988/89 so that advert would be reference the mk2  :undecided:

I am sure they are quicker than that however.

Yeah I know, I was being a little sarcastic as like you I thought that was slower than they actually were/are.

MG Maestro was 115bhp, however the Turbo was 152bhp  :shocked: with bucket loads of torque steer

The one near me is a Turbo... sounds in good order too.

Due to the rust it was probably getting faster and faster every time you drove it!  :evil:
