How does this Auto Hold work then?

I activated it today as per the instructions, but it doesn't seem to work.
I can drive up to a junction on a slight hill, come to a stop, release the brake...and the car rolls back.

Am I doing something wrong, or does it just not work on some manual cars?

Anyone else tried it?

I think its differant to Hill hold as mine is DSG ? :wink:

Yeah, Hill Hold can't be activated as VCDS says t's not installed.

So what IS Auto Hold...and what's it supposed to do?
Because thus far, I can't see it doing much at all.
