Xbox Plug & Charge Kit
« on: 19 June 2011, 22:38 »
Alright, I bought this today as I don't want to keep spending money on batteries. I pluged it in controller but its not charging it, is their any button I need to press or should it start charging automatically??

I can use controller while its plugged in but when I remove the cable, controller goes off. Can it be that kit is faulty or I'm being stupid  :lipsrsealed:

I take it you put the rechargable battery in? and it takes a while to charge via plug and play if you have put the rechargable battery in and its not charging then its faulty

I use Energizer rechargeable batteries with 2400mHa  powa'z. They last anywhere from 1 month to 3 months depending on how often I game. the only time they've run out on me was late at night when I should have been in bed anyway, put them on charge and by they next morning they were good to go, still got lots of charge left over a month later. I prefer proper rechargeables over single use batteries or using a cable to charge them.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

I like my play and charge kit and never had any problems with it.

you should get a red light on at the controller end of the cable when its on charge, initial charge will take a long time. i just leave my cable plugged in all the time on the controller so when i need to use it wireless its fully charged

I bought a Nyko chargebase from amazon (i think its on Play.com too) as it was dirt cheap and had great reviews. Its AWESOME! Comes with 2 battery packs aswell.

I don't think a semi will give the same results
