I love using the trackpad on my MacBook Pro, although when doing design I need to use a proper mouse for more accuracy. I am a big fan of the Magic Mouse, I think it works just as well in all honesty.
The MBP has a good trackpad, but I should hope so at that price.
For accurate stuff like video editing I still find myself connecting a mouse though, so putting a trackpad on an iMac seems like a retrograde move.
The gestures sh*t on the magic mouse work fine, but if I'm honest it works no better than my treasured Microsoft 5-button mouse which is still the best mouse I've used (especially as a leftie).
Another example of Apple applying some fancy branding to something already in existence and the Apple faithful going 'oh wow man, this is like, so new'.
Can't wait for them to bring out iWater, which will only be accessible through the iTap because it'll be like SO flexible and useful.
