uninsured driver

mate of mine was hit by an uninsured driver... what can be done about it??

he has his phone number
car reg / make + model


thats about it really  :undecided:

Does his insurance cover him specifically against uninsured drivers? As some policies do.

Phone call to the old bill needs to be first job too, insurance may need crime reference number etc etc

This happened to my wife, MIB will pay for the repairs and peruse the uninsured driver, you can also get most of the damages too  :wink:

Call some no fee claims companies for confirmation  :wink:

Possibly even sue him directly for damages through the courts. Just because he isn't insured, doesn't mean he can't sue the c@nt.

As said, get the police involved. These cvnts need taking off the road  :angry:
