Type into the search bar        secondary air pump

it warms the cat up on start up, but the housing is secured with rivetts which, snap, break, come loose, allowing air to excape which causes the sound you hear,  to fix it has to be taken off the car, drill out the rivetts and replace with bolts etc

I have done that as well cos it sounded like a Hoover. This is like a heat shield on the exhaust sound but only does it if the car has been standing for a few hours.

Well look, heatsheild rattles, not screaches. A screach sounds like a belt.
