GTI Centre Armrest

Hi Guys,

I hope someone can help me, I have been trying to get a centre armrest for ages but can't get one from anywhere. The only places I have seen them is from TM Tuning and BKS Tuning which are both in Germany and are quite expensive.

The dealers say they cannot get them anymore, does anyone have any better ideas than the 2 German websites?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I already looked on ebay, I am after the proper one and the top one doesn't come with the outer casing :sad:.

I suppose I just need to keep looking on there unless anyone has any better options.

I can't help with a complete arm rest to convert your mk5.

But I do have a leather and non leather part where you rest you elbow, and I've got one frame. But no plastic sides, vents or hoses.

Been meaning to convert my mk5, but in the same situation as you and can't source the necessary parts.

Let me know if you're interested, they're all genuine used parts, in good condition.

Have you had a look at the one on BKS tuning site? I am very tempted but don't know how reliable they are. Is there anyone who has had experience from these guys?

I think i missed it as he put it on ebay but it isn't there anymore.

Thanks for all your help guys, I think my best bet is to keep checking ebay until i find one.

I have just looked at eBay and found it. Search for mk5 golf armrest. It is currently at £135 plus £16 p&p. Good luck!

Thanks STG, I have found it. Even though its leather and I really need a cloth one but I'm gonna bid for ir anyway.

Just thought I would let everyone know, I have been in contact with the seller (vw.southwest) and he says he will have more in so if anyone is interested, give him or her a shout  :smiley:
