Seems there might be a challenger for number 1 wheel whore? :smug:

These wheel whores go around and around in ever decreasing circles trying desperately to better the look of the 18" Monza Shadows and they fail miserably and beautifully. The Shadows are the best looking wheels by far. Nothing comes or will ever come close to their mind blowing looks as is evidence from the constant admiration they get. Rightly so.  :smug: :smug: :smug:

PS: I don't care about the weight of the wheel, only its look.

It seems secretive Steve did not buy them.
So it's Exonian, m-a-y-b-e?
Anyway, they are not as nice as Monza Shadows.

I didn't buy Neil's wheels, I replied to the mention of a different set of wheels

My car didn't come with Monza Shadows so I've got a perfectly good excuse for not having them and I like lots of different styles of wheels, so like to try them out for size. Women can do it with shoes, handbags and dresses - me, I dress like a tramp and like my wheels.....
A Golf on Monzas could be somene's company car but a Golf on different wheels is a statement that it's my car not a borrowed one.
Ive had loads of cars and have changed the wheels at least once on every one of them....

Andy:
Seeing that you love wheels, when you have the time and the facility, it would be really interesting and helpful to compare the ride and handling between different sized wheels, especially the ride.
Your eloquent composition would be most appreciated.

I'll do it right now:

17s, look small, can't remember how they ride as only did a couple of hundred miles on them before they were hidden from the public gaze in case people thought I had a small thingy.

18s, look nice in a balanced way, ride okay, may put another set on the car one day...... :smug:

19s, make me look like I've got a massive labido, don't care how they ride as they look sooo sexy. No, they ride the same as 18s actually but feel a bit 'heavier'.
