VERY BAD NEWS

I'm not bothered about people seeing my plate because I don't see many people wanting to steal it! It's not a desirable car, it's not worth very much, it's not fast and it's flipping uncomfortable! They'd get half a mile down the road and ditch it

It was the thiefs car of choice in 1997. I was going to buy one brand new but the insurance then was £1200 per year in my area, and remember that's 1996 prices. By comparison I bought a 1.8 A3 instead and insured it for £300

Insurance wanted to settle,car had,nt been gone 2 weeks..I'm guessing I won't be seeing that again.

Been to see the car today after they cleaned it,it's not in to bad a condition but still needs £5.000 worth of work,new wheels and tyres x 4,brakes disc and pads x 4 and minor paint repairs.

quite easily i imagine with the cost of dealership repairs these days.

just 4 x wheels + tyres would be somewhere in the region of £2500 as they can charge full whack for them

P.s guess what i found left in the cd player ? ,yes you guessed right they had stolen all my cd`s and left one of theirs in the player which the police had overlooked  .
