Feeling ripped off!

Transfering my policy over to the same spec Mk3 8v GTI and Admiral want to charge me £112 for the pleasure of doing so.
I could understand 30 40 or 50 quid as an admin fee but how do you get £112???

I had to pay £400 this year for fully comp with 1k excess (treating policy like a 3rd party).
I have 9+yrs NCB and I am 35  Surely I am a low risk?
Thats more than they would even think of paying out on a tug boat

Is the value different?

Old one has security, new one does not?

Maybe getting an ownership discount on previous car if you owned over a year?
