A VW with good standard logical equipment
Think yourself lucky they have heated mirrors. A new Audi i was looking at last weekend has heated mirrors as an option included with folding mirrors. In this day and age no heated mirrors standard!!
Did you end up getting the A1? What's it like? Lot of dosh for a small car.
I would expect it would need the door control module too as well as the mirror and harness.
So it would be expensive.
Could you not just get away with folding them manually? At least then you know they will actually fold in and out and not get stuck
Good point there!
MK6 ones do seem to fold properly though, unlike MK5 mirrors that only move a couple of inches.
