As I have stated to the original topic starter we
CAN insure him and HAD already provided him with a quote BEFORE this topic was started.
I have been unable to trace any calls into the office on the number the OP stated he called from so I am a little confused as to what he has been advised and who by. Coilovers and alloys are not a problem for us to cover (as I'm sure many on here who we have insured can testify and my own car has both and is insured by us!).
As stated before, if the OP wants to send me his email address that he emailed us from then I will also be able to try and trace his email aswell and if he wants to call and quote the reference number I have sent him then we will be happy to run through the quote we have done with him again but i am struggling to see why this topic has even come about.
