Just a little update as Asker reminded me, car had it's first service last week and i thought while i was there i'd ask the question about warranty, very helpful warranty manager explained that as i would be using genuine parts then obviously these parts would have a 2 year warranty and fitting them would not invalidate the manufacturers warranty on the car, however if a fault arises as a result of how they've been fitted then they are within their rights to refuse to repair it under warranty conditions, he did say that he didn't think i'd have any problems though. I suppose i'm one of the lucky ones to have a helpful friendly dealer. They also fitted my sidelights foc and adjusted and lubricated my door latches to stop some annoying clunking.
i got the parts department price up the part numbers for the lights and it was £505 give or take a couple of pence and they are available for next day delivery.
