best place is go to a breakers which break higher end cars, i got a qoute for £150

An m45 can still be used on an 2L 8v with good effect. Gives around 160hp/ 160ftlbs. Been done before. So you're looking at a 45% increase.

 :undecided: is it worth all the hassle / work when a ABF is 150bhp standard

An m45 can still be used on an 2L 8v with good effect. Gives around 160hp/ 160ftlbs. Been done before. So you're looking at a 45% increase.

But some may not want to remove an engine . You would have alot more torque than an ABF. Its not about power, torque is what you drive on.

Yep I know it has more torque but still seems a lot of work for 10bhp and 17lbs ft of torque above an ABF.
