Do Ibiza recaro's fit Mk2 or Mk3 Golf??

Hi, does anyone know if seat ibiza abf recaro seats fit a mk2 or mk3 golf? My local breakers have a set which they are selling for £50.

Yes with mods / welding

as wayne said you need to cut the mk3 sub frames off your old seats and weld them to the new seats (no other seats fit the mk3 easy!)

yep just weld mk3 frames onto any seats you want (I have seen rover recaro's and porsche seats before)

i think seat ibiza seats are a direct fit to the mk3 golf? pretty sure the biza is mk3 fitment rather than mk2 anyway. could be wrong tho, worst case as above bit of welding will see you right

Got my seats today and the overall condition is good - no bolster wear on either front seat but passenger seat has a tear in rear pocket.
