Yeah, they def make a difference, just need a 60/40 drop, camber sorting, couple of small rust patches and a really good touch up n polish, but it is never ending!  :)

Would like some of those 16v rear lights that have factory smoked indicators, but big money for lights, may try lamin-x to sort it..

Will soon, was gonna get hottunning coilies, but overall the reviews were not great, don't have money to burn, so looking to get a shock/spring kit, on the budget side but hopefully they should lower and still have some ride to em.  Was looking and 60 on the front isnt a lot, however it wouldn't go up my dads ramps when I need help so maybe 40 all round would be more sensible... :(
The nearest garage I've found that's interested in working on it charges 48 an hour so the more I cando the better!

Shock and spring kit is much better than cheap coilovers.

The quads look ace and suit mk3s really well im still going for a vento front end on my car but I wont be parting with my quads untill I sell the car as they are such a great mod.As for the coilovers im running the Hottunning ones off ebay and I really cant see what the problem is to be honest my car handles better since I had them fitted.I had Bilston shocks with lowering springs on my VR6 cant remember what the springs were now but the whole set up was far more than my coilovers and it felt like jelly on a plate really poor maybe just the setup I had.
