Meh, I live in Scotland dude. We get proper snow up here, that and I'm loving that I don't get beached on a raised sewer cover.

Decent snow tyres are on the shopping list along with a few other goodies.

As the guy pointed out - he wants his car to handle, not just look stupid (as lowered too much cars do).

No point having an ABF and being unable to get the power down, or go round corners.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Holiday cottages on the Isle of Wight for 2-10 people? PM me.

Yeah I've done a wee bit of research on chassis dynamics and without getting my anorak and woolly hat on it doesn't make sense to me to have a car that cannot be hammered occasionally without fear of wrecking a sump or arches catching, or tearing off a splitter.

The dropped on it's c0ck look is cool but only if it's functional. It then becomes style over substance and I've never really been into that.

I think it's like the Eddie Izzard circle of cool, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTnCtcvr384

Off to get a replacement tyre in next few days. A;though have been out bid on everything else last few days  :undecided:

Few things arrived in the post, s/s clamps.

Why do people use mild steel on s/s exhaust?

Also got this ABF head to play/ experiment with, but not for the cams. The eagle eyed will notice a wee issue with them...

Not too sure what caused it but I have other ABF cams anyway.

Just read all of this, didn't realise you were doing a mk2 as well !!!

Looks like you had as much welding to do as I did

Just out of interest, where did you get your new wing bolts from? I need to get some...

Yeah, but no turbo at this stage. You have PM.

Correct, now I will think of an interesting use for my fubarred cam. Weld a chain between them for some unusual nunchucks?

Got some S/s pipe tonight and some plate, whatever could I be building?
