Folks, few are aware of this problem, but Curborough is currently subject to a planning application for houses and so on.
Club GTI is going to run what could be our last event at Curborough on 27 September if this suceeds.
1) Please, urgently, visit this page to assist with voicing your objection to the planning application.

Click "Save and continue"

Point 12: Ensure you click the second box: "I/We wish to object to the proposed application"

Point 13: Suggested text: "Curborough Sprint Course is the premier and most used sprint course in the country and an essential part of the UK Motorsport scene as an entry level venue for the sport. In the past, Curborough has received National Lottery funding, such is the importance of the venue. Curborough must be protected from development for this fundamental reason. I urge you to reject this planning application."
(Please write your own text if you can, eg how many years you have been using the venue etc. It reads far better to a council, rather than a load of generic replies).

- this place is a treasure to motorsport and housing estates aren't as good to race round in (joke, btw).
