right i got the AUM 1.8 20v turbo! (150bhp) been haveing alot of boost problems lately so booked it in to the garage! they were stumped the first time so they cleaned the throttle bodys and it was running sweet again! 50 miles later im back to square one! running with naff all boost (5psi insted of the usual 10psi) and gernaly being unhappy with the amount of pull! a few days later booked it back in to the garage again with this they came to the conclusion the dump valve was knackered! so they replace that with another standard plastic one (yippee) and once again ran sweet as a nut.......50 miles later....running utterly sh!te again! ive been told that this may have something to do with the fact ive deleated the N249 valve out of the system? does any one know if this is true....if not does any one have any suggestions to what i should try? as i was going to replace the N249 valve myself and then replace the actuator with an uprated forge one to see if this solves the problem.....any suggestions...hints....tips....any thing!
cheers beanifer!
