It's very big for a mk1 though but was part of the original build so reluctant to change it.

Yeah sorry, was reading the thread on my phone at work and totally missed the link! I quite like your zaust anyway!

Just been out to the car and lined mine up again  But yeah, think I like it. As long as it sits up quite high not hanging down.

Yeah I think that's when those types, in fact most large exhausts look pants, when they sit too low.  mines too low at the mo and i don't like it.. when its snug I do.... if it is too low you'll have to either find shorter hangers or shorten the bars that hang on the hangers.

Found a pic of it fitted to gtti's car before I bought it, I'll probably get em to pull it in a bit though so it sticks out less.

Im gonna stop rambling on about this backbox now and post some more pics when its fitted
