hi i can get a 130k g60 engine complete for silly money !!!

question is how hard to fit ??

i persume it bolts straight in it just the wiring thats the pain in da arse  :huh:

Pretty much bolts in, wiring and ecu wil be needed.

Old tech engine and the blowers are very weak plus expensive to rebuild.

Yep but they need lots of love and rebuilds are not cheap, old tech charger now.

i know they are dated now but was planning on a full rebuild n bottom end work anyway m8 and i believe theres a fella in the states who makes better chargers  :cool:
would like to go 1.8t conversion but it seems so is everyone else  :wink:
and for £300 complete i think im getting a good deal

Jabbasport know the chargers really well.

slap a large eaton TVS on it.  better still use a 16v head   

all the VW's have gone bar 1.

An eaton m45 works well on this. Get it on g60 management or go megasquirt. MS is fully mappable by yourself or someone that knows or the g60 management will need a chip. IIRC

M45 is cheep but a bit to small the M62  is a much better matched and longer lived in said appliction also more efficent due to lower rpm required for same airflow
all the VW's have gone bar 1.

M45 is only really suited for up to a 1.6, as danny said m62 is the better bet.
