Right i,ve just fitted a set of 17"alloys with 205/40/17 tyres now i need to sort out the suspension,so what? i want to know is do i just fit lowered springs or go for a full set up shocks aswell, i only want to lower it by about an inch or maybe a fraction more but i dont want the tyres to rub any help would be helpful,also does anyone know of anyone in the kent area that could do the job without ripping the arse out of it cheers? ?

if you cannot get the coilovers for it i would recommend both spring and shortened dampers try venommotorsport they are cheapest ive got fk coilovers on my mk3 lowered 70mm with same tyres as youres no arch mods and no rubbing hope this helps.

I would recomend getting a full lowered suspension kit as the stock dampers arent designed to run shortened springs.
I got my lowering kit for ?250, and mine is dropped 40mm. Would recommend that you dont get it dropped to much if you live near any speedbumps

thanks guys for the help, i probably wont drop it to low as my whole area is dotted with speed humps its abit like a plague of the measels,every time you turn round theres another one,cheers again.
