Got reply from them. Looks like they will put a small km/h on the dials.

We can either make it with small subsidiary km/h marks or without it.
Anyway, we are not going to start the project unless you will collect these people, photos and make advance payment.

I imagine that would depend on where you wired the backlighting....

Can you change your choice and add the updated list in another post. To keep it up to date.

Yes. Brightness does change on the dimmer. The inverter output still varies with the input voltage.
