Looking for a panel filter

Do any other engines have the same size air box as the tdi 130?
I know the maf is bigger but is the actual box the same?

AFAIK the panel filter is the same size across the entire MK4 range apart from the lower petrol models - think they have a difference air filter

Just buy a Pipercross filter for £35 or keep using the standard filter from VW for approx £15

Well ive replaced the air intake tube with 76mm duct so looks OEM still and now just looking for a non oil foam filter.
Put my £6.04 debadged grill on, not every ones taste but i like the smooth look  :smiley:

Should fit but to be honest for what the price of a new one is I'd go new  :wink:

Its hard without an actual budget lol, ive already told the gf im not happy about india as the cars been put on hold  :angry:

Just trying to change things on the golf on cheap untill i can re cooperate my losses in about 8 months time!

or
Ask her then mod the golf.........

Never had such a difficult question before  :cry:

Owell im happy with the golf as she stands so im thinking its the second option............ or maybe the first  :laugh:

How thick is the 130's front arb? Just looking at bushes (not the green sort)  :tongue:
