AGU's TB calibrates itself, just by putting the the key in the "on" position you will hear the TB aligning for a little while. If anything I would vag-com it, if your TB is cold turkey you should see:
17973 - Throttle Actuator: Lower stop not reached (J338)
17967 - Throttle Valve Control Part: Fault in basic setting
01165 - Throttle Body Control Module (J338)
(J338) is the address number to the TB
The TB can get worse as it slowly loses its mind, like I would have my foot down, going for it and power would cut off as if the throttle closed a fair tad and it would do it the other way round, minding my own business at 60mph, would open up and accelerate, or it would be a c*nt and judder me as if I was some cock pressing on and off the gas non stop.
