Vag Com Fault Code 17704

Hi guys,

I've got a handheld fault code reader.  I drive a mk4 gti turbo and I've had the engine management light come on and have read the code using the handheld and it has given me the code 17704. The handheld came with a list of codes in the back of it but annoyingly this code is not in the book and I can't seem to find it on any code lists I find on the internet.  Anyone have any idea what this code relates to??
