You've clearly not been paying attention as the tax-free age thing was fixed at 1973 (IIRC) and you have also failed to spot the cpas lock on your keyboard.

Sadly that's rubbish mate... That used to be the case a long time ago and I wish it were true still but now it only applies to cars constructed prior to 1973.

And that's not really a lot of cash for a 23 year old car if the car is worth it... I've paid twice that and more for a car of similar age.

Not my cup off tea if im honest and I would rather just buy a rallye instead but I spose if your on a budget and want a 4x4 golf its good value.
