Hi again, had a good search for posts about cold air feeds, but where can I mount one! Lots of people have obviously fitted one but no one specifies where the feed is coming from! I have a piperx panel filter in my airbox but don't really want to drill the box if I can help it. My intention is to bore out the existing hole into the box, and get some oversized pipe to feed into it from somewhere. Obviously it's gonna get a much better feed if its near fresh air, rather than behind the headlight or in the wing as it is standard. The only place I can see is from the bumper vents, but the pipe would be extremely close to the alternator and belts, and as it's lowered, and low down anyway, I'm worried about water ingress. Any ideas please!!!!!?
