The production date on my car was the 02/07/2010. Would this build date o.k. for the lights etc?

The lights are the same for all Mk6's, just need to know what version of CEM you have to be able to 100% confirm.

Would need to check the CCM version on the early 2009 cars.

I think that's the original version that doesn't support the LED's properly (i.e. you can't clear the bulb out warning on the dashboard).

I will double check and let you know.

Edit - Just confirmed with my old notes that is version of the controller won't support the LED's, so a new CCM is required, these cost around £200

What was the delivery date of your car? What coding did you use? Do you have vagcom?

I may give mine a go before I decide what to do.
