oil change for valver

what is best oil for my j plate valver?

she's due spark plugs and air filter too.

She's only done about 3000miles in last year but best keep her right.

Read the oil guide above. Silver synta from the dealers is a favorite if they still do it. If your doing oil changes early or every year then do not waste your money. Get some boggy semi synthetic from GSF.
