polybushed and welded wishbones and painted the calipers, aswell as a few other bits.
fixed the brake bias so now my back wheels dont lock up straight away.
also made a solid front engine mount, car feels loads nicer to drive.

now the new exhaust,
welded out of 2" stainless pipe using a gasless mig welder and im very happy of how it turned out,
thanks to jim for the pipe, ian for the awesome welding skills and i suppose liam cos i stole his old backbox without his knowlege

backbox was completely dismantled and the internals where fitted into a standard center box so it would fit in the tunnel without restricting the exhaust flow.

the pipes had to be off set to accomedate the fuel pump and the brake bias valve, bit of welding spatter but very good for gasless mig and it looks alot better in real life.

all mocked up and checked for fitment.

finally the exhaust hangers were welded on and it was heat wrapped at the back for where it would be close to the brake lines and fuel pump.

the fuel pump had a heat sheild put over it aswell to competely seperate it and there is enough room between the brake lines and the exhaust not to cause any problems.was on for a few days as a test and other than a small rattle there were no issues however is now removed cos it was too loud for the mot.and unfortunatly i didnt take any photos of it when fitted but it looked cool. side exits ftw

total cost £11.98  for some welding wire

new cold air feed, its increadably effective.the intake manifold temprature has dropped dramatically when running.

the air intake is directly under the front bumper facing forwards to improve air flow as muchas possible.

this is where the air feed runs down
