Are there wheels worth £100?
the tyres are almost new and cost the guy £50.00 each
the wheels are Alessio Montecarlo's
15", et42, 4x100

they look a bit scuffed and will need a refurb how much will it cost to refurb them?
Can I refurb them myself

not really a fan myself but its your car! prob worth it for tyres alone if they're good make :)

Im not a fan either, but they do make the car look better! £100 aint too bad a price if the tyres are alright either.

Keep the tyres and sell the rims and put the money into a nice set of rx2's  :evil:

Have a look around for OEM wheels, you can get some real nice ones for little money. Mk3 GTI wheels should be easy to find and imo look great. My Corrado Estorils cost €150 with 4 good tyres.

@les.tansey Where about you located? I'm selling some standard gti alloys in the classifieds at the moment, so is 16_blu. One of us may be close to you?
