Sounds like a symptom of a more radical problem to me.


The rear may be locking up because on later models, no rear brake pressure regulator is fitted, it is controlled by the ABS system.

 :angry: It gets worse not only does the car have an ABS fault but now it seems it does not want to start when warm .ie driven to garage this morning put in? some optimax turned the key "Nothing" just turns over been doing this on and off for a week or 2 ,recent battery change and dizzy+?new plugs :angry: :sad:

Fuel relay ?/ temp sensor ? :huh:

will be sorted today as now in the garage... :cry:

Found out Right rear sensor broken.Replacement + diagnostic ?98 going to have a full service and MOT to boot so looking in the region of ?200-?300 all told.Thats providing it passes the MOT... :sad:

Anybody want to buy a kidney,Don't ask for my liver i need it.. :grin:

Well ya started so ya gotta finish it!

Oh well means ya got no excuse not to go to Newark - glad bout that!

?284 for the repairs and an mot and oil+plugs so not all that bad then... :smiley:
