i have a 1996/7 (p reg) mk3 golf.
i am wondering wether to take off the black wheel arch trims, but im unsure if they will leave holes underneath on the bodywork...
anyone know if its much of a job?

Easy job to take off, you just need to drill the rivets out and off they come....but they will leave holes around the wheelarch. Not sure how much of a job to sort out the holes though??

im in the oposite situation i have a 1.4 golf with no arch trims and i want some, except i dont want to drill holes if possable.

yeah my mk2 golf 1.8 gl had the holes already so i fitted arches from a gti made the car look much better
so i should think (but dont quote me on it) one wing fits all if you know what i mean
