My MKII 8v
« on: 31 January 2005, 14:08 »
Well I finally got my ass in gear and took some photos at lunch after a quick blast home to collect and stick in my GolfGti.co.uk stickers.

She's a 1987 with full VAG service history from new with 131,000 on the clock and in pretty damn fine nick for the ?425 I paid for her. Could do with a proper clean and polish after my 300 mile round trip to stafford yesterday.

I'm so chuffed with it. I had a red MKII 8v about 5 years ago and it got nicked. Getting back behind the wheel of one has brought back some great memories and I had forgotten how good they are. At least now I'm older the insurance is ?390 rather than the ?2K I was paying when I had the old one! I'll have to dig out some pics of the first one I had and post them up.

By the way what do I do about having a gallery set up on here?
