surprisngly yes and behind them too!  :shocked: but everyone seems to want genuine vw wings :wink:

Vr6 is way too heavy for a mk1, 1.8t or ABF is the better choice.

Fair point, not keen on the 16v but it works well in a mk1 to be honest.

Fair point, not keen on the 16v but it works well in a mk1 to be honest.
+1 i think id be tempted to go down the 16v route if my RLR lump died.  :lipsrsealed:  its the same as a mk1 engine with more valves in my book.
